At the core of any intervention, transfer into practice is what we obsess about.

Performance of teams and individuals is driven by their Championship-Skills
– the specific abilities and resources they have that set them apart – and at the
same time it is limited by their Bottleneck-Skills – their specific weakest links and
difficulties that they need to overcome in order to tap into their true potential.

But what if building these skills is still not enough?
If behaviour is a function of motivation and ability, as well as permission and
social context, then we will look at all these to make sure that you overcome
systemic and personal challenges and find the joy of peak performance.

For us from practice for practice means more than working with experienced
leaders, trainers and coaches. It means that we are dedicated to
see you through to your goal.

In our experience, excellent trainings are hard to come by. When procuring high-end training services in the past we were regularly disappointed to encounter Fake News, like misinterpretation of scientific results, like the infamous 7-38-55 rule, or Drawing Board Wisdom – think of agile coaches who have never delivered any project themselves.

Effective Interventions

While acquisition of competences is a key ingredient, the permission to apply new ways of working must come from the organisation. This is why our holistic approach starts with an important conversation with the sponsor of the intervention, and ends with successful transfer into practice.
